Blu Lagoon Yacht & Ocean Club a sandy beach paradise, is situated on Ile à Cabrits Island south of Côte des Arcadins.

With a total area of 16 hectares and is intended to be the recreational facility of the Lafito Global project.

The island will also host a marina able to accommodate 30 recreational vessels, a 4-star boutique hotel to be constructed on an area of approximately 5,000 square meters, tennis courts, restaurants and an array of water activities.

The project also plans to build and sell residential condominiums some of which will sit on stilts over the clear blue water or on the beck with private docks.
